Besides the pan-grilled chicken, Ralph also made another dish for dinner the other day.

Some people prefer deep fried prawns, while others like to pan-fry them. I love prawns no matter how they're cooked!

As for cooking the fresh raw prawns in shell, the cooking method is simple and this dish can be done in less than 30 minutes. All you need to do is clean your prawns, season it with your choice of spices, and cook it in a large frying pan until they have just changed color.


The prawns were pan-fried with the shell intact, as this will keep the flavor and helps with the reservation of the moisture.


He added onion, garlic and poured the beaten egg into the pan.


To finish the dish, he sprinkled some Formaggio da Pasta cheese powder for delicate flavor.



Will we have this again? Oh, yes... most definitely! There's always room for prawns!
