#1 Neverland at the Amphitheatre @ Sunway Lagoon.

(Continuation of this post)

This was my first time to see a live musical show, so I had no idea what to expect when AMBP invited me to attend the Grand Premiere of Peter Pan the Musical - A West End Production.

The show features an international cast of dancers and actors, with the principal cast members (Peter Pan, Wendy, Captain Hook and Smee) all hailing from London's West End. The musical tells the well-known and loved story of Peter Pan, the boy who refuses to grow up, as he takes his new friend Wendy on a trip to Neverland.

#9 Directed by Chris Colby.

#10 Choreographed by David Kort.

The musical opens with a scene of some London streets a few days before Christmas where Smee and Wendy sing and dance to the opening song.

When the children go to sleep, Peter Pan, who is looking for his shadow, visits them. He then takes them on an adventure to Neverland where they meet the evil Captain Hook and his pirates.

Hook wants to kill Peter Pan and when he sees Wendy, he captures her to take care of the pirates.

The true essence of the story is more than just staying young forever. It is about staying true to yourself and having fun while making the best out of any situation.

I will not go into details, but I will let the pictures do the talking!
